Proceso inflamatorio Plasmocitario Gato

Parece un tumor en el pulpejo de un gato
es una pododermitis plasmocitaria severa
Gato europeo, macho castrado, nacido el 27-03-207.

el 12-12-13- presenta una herida en el pulpejo inflamada, posibilidades diversas, herida por clavado de objeto de mimbre, quemadura dificil etc.
lavado y aplicacion de pomada antibiotica y corticoide tres veces al dia.

revision el 17-01-2014,esta peor y decidimos extirpar toda la zona inflamatoria del pulpejo.

 el dia 27-01-14- se sacan los puntos presentando un aspecto normal. el diagnostico de anatomia patologica es de una Pododermitis plasmocitaria severa.

26-03-14- aparece otra vez con un proceso inflamatorio y desprendimiento del pulpejo
descartamos un proceso eosinofilico, analitica completa no presentando ningun valor alterado ni en el hemograma ni en la bioquimica habitual.

estado actual despues de tres meses de la intervencion

Tratamiento antibiotico y prednisona 4 mgr kilo durante 15 dias,y aplicacion de pomada. en espera de la evolucion, para establecer un criterio de tratamiento a largo plazo.

Todas estas enfermedades dependen del sistema inmunitario, cursando la mayoria con procesos inflamatorios cronicos. 
Pocos son los casos que se han reportado, pero no es una enfermedad extraña.
